The specific details of the Services provided by Trustology shall be outlined in Statements of Work (SOWs) that are custom created for each client. These SOWs will detail the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees associated with the Services.

2.2. Statements of Work (SOWs)

Each SOW will form an integral part of the agreement between Trustology and the client. The terms of the SOW, including the deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be binding upon both parties once agreed upon and signed.

2.3. Written Contracts

If a written contract is signed by Trustology and a client, the terms and conditions of that signed agreement shall supersede these online Terms of Service. The written contract, along with any attached SOWs, will govern the relationship between Trustology and the client for the duration of the engagement.

2.4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including the timing and method of payment, will be specified in the SOW. Failure to pay in accordance with the agreed-upon terms may result in the suspension or termination of Services.

2.5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of the Services. Trustology is not liable for any delays or issues arising from the client’s failure to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in the SOW.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Trustology disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
